I am completing a book for a series in bioethics and narrative medicine for Bloomsbury Press at the intersection of mental health ethics, psychosocial studies, trauma studies, and poetry therapy, which includes my own poetry, exploring how creative practice can illuminate experiences of trauma, agency, resistance, resilience, and recovery. My essays have been published in Philosophy Now, Hypatia, International Journal of Feminist Approaches to Bioethics, and Lituanus: A Lithuanian Quarterly Journal.

In the Spring term of 2026, I will be a visiting researcher and creative writer affiliate of the Recovery Histories Project at Birkbeck, University of London, led by Dr. Ruth Beecher, a historian who specialize in writing difficult subjects and trauma-informed narrative research.
